Refund policy

14-day right to cancel: You can return any order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Email us at wayne.cfrost@gmail.com with your order number within that time, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds: We refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until we receive the item back, or proof that you have sent it. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Return shipping: You pay the cost of sending an item back, unless it arrived faulty, damaged or wrong.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items: Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Your 2-year EU legal guarantee also applies.

Personalised items: Items made to order with your details (such as engraved tags) cannot be returned for a change of mind, but we will replace them free if they arrive faulty or with an engraving error.
