How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 15–25 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
To all EU countries.
How much is shipping?
€4.99, or free on orders over €35.
Will I pay customs or extra fees?
No. All prices include VAT and there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return any item for any reason. Email us with your order number and we'll guide you. See our refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
What are the watches and jewellery made of?
Each product page lists the materials. Our jewellery is gold-tone and our watches have stainless steel or alloy cases with quartz movements. Watches are splash resistant, so take them off before swimming or showering.
Are the OLEVS watches genuine?
Yes. OLEVS watches are sold as genuine OLEVS-branded watches.
Do your watches come with a battery?
Yes, every watch comes with its battery fitted and ready to wear.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check the tracking link first. If it hasn't arrived within 40 days of dispatch, email hello@luxejule.com and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
