Terms of service

These terms apply when you use luxejule.com or buy from us. Luxejule is operated by Luxejule Malta, Garden View, Santa Maria Street, Ħal Għaxaq GXQ 1252, Malta. Email: hello@luxejule.com.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the price was shown in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Delivery

We ship to EU countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 15–25 business days after dispatch. See our shipping policy for details.

4. Right to cancel and returns

You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of delivery for any reason. See our refund policy for how it works.

5. Guarantee

Your 2-year EU legal guarantee applies to all items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

6. Product information

We describe products and show photos as accurately as we can. Colours and sizes may look slightly different on your screen. Watches are splash resistant only and should not be worn when swimming or showering. Watches contain button batteries: keep them away from children.

7. Brands

Branded items, such as OLEVS watches, are sold as genuine products of that brand. Luxejule is not affiliated with any other watch or jewellery brand.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.

9. Your information

We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer laws. If you have a complaint, email hello@luxejule.com and we will try to resolve it quickly.
